They purchased my condo mortgage, immediately requested condominium HOA insurance documents and threatened to purchase the insurance and charge me (this isn't MY homeowners insurance, it's the insurance my HOA purchases for the exterior).After the USPS was that late I set up automatic payments with NewRez. Last month they stopped taking money automatically, which caused the mortgage to be late and they charged a late fee.
