Plus with 50 repair skill you can create weapon repair kits (best item in the game IMO) which fix a percentage of any weapon..even those rares that can't be repaired by conventional means.The only merchant I can recall that will have 1 or maybe 2 somewhat regularly is the central intelligence unit in OWB. Duct tape and wrenches are probably the most scarce materials of those needed for making repair kits, if we're talking strictly about the mojave.
