I am currently on the surgery rotation and have a shelf exam in 6 days. NBME 3 was taken 12 days before the shelf (last week) and scored a 86%. NBME 4 was taken today with 6 days remaining before the shelf and scored a 71%. NBME 4 looked like a very different exam compared to 3. I am trying to figure out what the best plan of attack is..
