Good pay, good training, great colleagues who became like family. But I lost my benefits due to fluctuations in hours, so I had to leave. It’s very difficult to be expected to sell $20,000 for a mere 6.75% commission l. For those of us who live over an hour away and commute, ithe pay is unsustainable.
